With the principal owners of our company, approaching 40 years of experience in the AV & Video Industries, we can help you with all your event, production, and exhibition needs in a way that maximizes value and controls costs. We never bid blindly as that usually ends badly for clients as well as providers. A basic Audio-Visual bundle for a meeting can be offered starting at about $3250/day. We can be plugged in anywhere in the planning process, but can and do help clients from concept to completion of delivery. Independent AV & Video works in the Energy, Medical, Finance, Chemical, Hospitality, Academic and Technology fields, with clients ranging from large Conferencing Companies to Medical Advisory boards with only 15 people attending. Our popular Services are Live Event AV, Video or Audio Recording & Production, Streaming to/from your WebEx or Zoom Accounts, Crews & Labor, On Campus Support, Exhibition & Trade Show Support and Event Photography. We can collaborate with our favorite Event Planning Companies, Real Time Language Interpretation Firms, Modeling Agencies, and Unions to bundle a Complete Solution. Additionally, we have done multi-city Tours if that is what you are looking for. Specialty services in fields related to these industries are offered like: Production, Shooting,Recording, Script Writing, Event AV Planning, Break Out Room Support, Technical Crew, Event Photography, and Media creation for enhancing web sites. Consulting on the AV & Video Media Industries and how organizations can use theses media effectively is also offered, with quantifiable results. As of 2019, we have entered staffing Integrated Meeting Spaces, especially managing events from external customers, leaving Internal Staff to deal with their own business. We are also proud to work for our colleagues in the industry by supporting Premier Producers, Agencies, AV & Video Companies and large Hotel National Account entities, working in Houston or based in Houston. Training is also available for new employees in the industry. The quality of our services is guaranteed.
